Depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2019, une nouvelle CCT avec validit\u00e9 \u00e0 fin 2023 est en vigueur.<\/p><ul><li>Contrat de travail<\/li><li>Document de travail sur le temps de travail<\/li><li>Information sur le temps de travail<\/li><li>Accord salarial 2020<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>La Commission Professionnelle Paritaire du second-\u0153uvre du canton de Fribourg (CPPF) et l\u2019inspectorat chantier Fribourg (INS) sont charg\u00e9s de faire respecter et de v\u00e9rifier la bonne application de la CCT par les entreprises du second \u0153uvre. Du reste, les dispositions et les mesures d\u2019application de la nouvelle LEMT cantonale (Loi sur l\u2019emploi et le march\u00e9 du travail) pr\u00e9voient la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation d\u2019un badge professionnel.<\/p><p>Nous ne pouvons donc que vous encourager \u00e0 munir vos employ\u00e9s d\u2019un badge CartePro. Dans les cas de sous-traitance par exemple, la d\u00e9tention d\u2019un tel badge est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une preuve de conformit\u00e9 de cette entreprise partenaire et vous permet de remplir vos devoirs d\u2019adjudicataire selon l\u2019art. 54. CCT-SOR.
